RISK OF LOSS

Items purchased on LEDBULBS.LK are shipped under a delivery contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you once items are handed over to the carrier.

PRICING & FEES

Prices shown on LEDBULBS.LK may differ from manufacturer prices or retail prices. Vendors and AUTOSPOT jointly determine list prices.

Errors may occur. If a product is incorrectly priced and the actual price is higher, we may:

Contact you for confirmation before shipping, or
Cancel your order and notify you

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery and shipping policies listed on LEDBULBS.LK apply.

Please inspect products thoroughly upon delivery. Do not accept damaged items. If accepted, we assume the product was received in good condition.

LEDBULBS.LK or its delivery partners are not responsible for:

Carrying items upstairs
Unboxing
Installing products

Delivery times may vary. LEDBULBS.LK is not liable for courier delays.

OFFICE PICKUP

Orders must be collected within 20 days of the “ready for collection” notification.
Uncollected paid orders will be cancelled and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Reasons packages may be undeliverable:

Incorrect Address – You may be charged a redelivery fee.
Refused by Recipient – If sending to someone else, please notify them in advance.

RETURN, REFUND, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns and cancellations must follow the Return Policy published on LEDBULBS.LK.

WARRANTY

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

DISPUTES

Any dispute between you and AUTOSPOT/LEDBULBS.LK shall be resolved through Arbitration under the Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995 (Sri Lanka).
Claims must be filed within 1 year of the cause of action.
